Whether you’re beginning your yoga journey, returning after time away or deepening an existing practice, our classes offer a supportive environment.
Guided by mindful teaching, each class invites you to cultivate presence, create moments of calm amidst the busyness of everyday life, and return home to yourself.
Enjoy a meditative style of yoga that links the breath with movement and find your flow on the mat. Classes end with an optional savasana assist.

Meet Clarissa
Clarissa's journey in yoga began in 2008 with a modern yoga system influenced by Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. After eight years of dedicated daily practice, she felt the calling to share yoga with others and began her teacher training journey in vinyasa yoga. She teaches a wide range of styles including Hatha flow, vinyasa, slow flow, yin yoga, prenatal, kids yoga, yoga nidra and meditation.
In 2018 as part of her spiritual journey, Clarissa completed an apprenticeship in traditional native practices. This experience opened a deeper connection to ceremony, community, and the wisdom of ancient teachings.
Her classes invite students to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Clarissa teaches with warmth, intuition, and a genuine desire to help others feel at home within themselves.
As required by law, Clarissa maintains a first aid certificate and liability insurance.
