How are your products shipped?

We use Australia Post, we’ll advise when your product is shipped and provide a tracking link so you can track the delivery real time.

How is your packaging sustainable?

We use 100% compostable mailing bags and recyclable paper bubble wrap alternative.

Do your products contain Palm oil or Palm Oil derivative’s?

No way, we don’t agree or support the unsustainable practices associated with the palm oil industry.

Do your products contain an animal product?

Not a chance, our products are 100% vegan. Human tested.

Does your deodorant paste include Bi-Carb Soda?

After much research, market feedback and testing we made the decision to leave Bi-Carb out of our formula. As many people have reported reactions and / or are sensitive to Bi-Carb. Instead, we use a combination of oils that are naturally antibacterial & microbial, alongside Kieselguhr which also has natural purifying properties.

How long will a deodorant paste last me?

Our Deodorant pastes are generously sized. Commonly, we find that our customers get 4-6 weeks out of a single tin.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
